What: On Wednesday Room 15 went to the gym, we had to do some strechers. We ran around the mat, our gym teacher put music on. When he stoped the music he told us what to do, like pike straddle or tuck. Then we split up into groups of 4. My group was Tarrons group. At first we went to the 1st court. We got to swing on the big rope and land on the sponges. We went to the tramp, I ran to get my socks then I ran back. Tarron went on first then we had to do pike, tuck and straddle as well in the air. We got to go to the other cicuit with the ropes. We had to grab on these things with the ropes and rings on it. We grabbed them and hung up side down. After that we got to go to the last circuit. It's got 4 tramps and mats and other stuff. I rolled down the mat that was shaped like a hill, then we had to go back to school. It was fun there. Today we did art. We made bugs and flowers with sponges. We put the sponges in the paint. We had to have a little bit of paint then we dabbed the sponges on the paper. We made them the shape of bugs, then we added legs with the side of the cardboard. We made eyes and feet with the end of the paint brush.
So What: I learnt how to pike tuck and straddle. I learnt that our habits of mind is to think and communicate with clarity and pecision.
Now What: My goal is to listen carefully. My gym goal is to learn more of pike, tuck and straddle.
